Read more about the workshop
The Art of Collaboration is an energetic and interactive workshop where the participants have an opportunity to explore the psychology, strategies and tactics of leading and participating in successful collaboration processes.
Most importantly we move the participants focus from being centered solely on collaboration outcomes to creating amazing collaboration experiences that allow outcomes to be achieved more quickly by building trust, connection and buy in.
The psychology of collaboration requires us to focus on how others respond to change and perceive their status in the group dynamic and making them feel safe and welcome.
The strategies of collaboration requires us to focus on deep agreement on how the collaboration should be structured before we begin the actual work.
The tactics of collaboration requires us to focus on how to keep momentum in the collaboration process and overcome set backs and disagreements quickly and effectively.
Reputation as a lever of change – We leverage this change in mindset by linking it to their individual and team collaboration reputation. A change that requires us to focus on our own behaviors and contributions first.
Included in the Workshop Psychological Safety – ensuring we are meeting the 4 stages of psychological safety
• Security vs Opportunity orientation for managing change
• Setting the Stage the power of the first impression
• Group dynamics and the journey of successful collaboration teams
• Understanding how incentives drive behaviors and why most collaborations fail.
Outcomes of the workshop
Participants will leave the workshop excited and inspired to lead and participate in collaboration efforts and build their reputation for being world class collaborators.
They will have the insights, information and strategies required to immediately make collaboration culture a priority in your organization.
Most importantly they will be confident and competent Ambassadors for Collaboration who can help shape the successful future of your organization.
