Are you passionate about leading teams, building and developing meaningful relationships, and creating lasting client success? We´re looking for our new Sales Director for the Nordics who loves inspiring others, setting strategies for success and making a real impact.


What You´ll Do:
As our Sales Director, you´ll be the heart of our Nordic Sales team consisting of eight highly educated and well knowledgeable Nordic-based colleagues guiding and supporting them to be successful. Among your tasks will be;

 

  • From recruitment to professional development, you´ll help your team grow and thrive supporting them to overcome every obstacle on the way.
  • Create clear targets that connect to our big-picture vision and inspire results.
  • As a mentor, you offer guidance and support through one-on-one check-ins and team meetings, expanding our capabilities networking and building new relations in our market.
  • You drive client success by building long-term plans that ensure our clients achieve amazing outcomes with Talogy´s solutions.
  • Our business is all about collaboration and connecting the dots: Work with teams across the business—from R&D to Marketing—to ensure everything runs smoothly with a strong customer focus.
  • Stay hands-on and be there for client pitches, manage key accounts, and assure our Salesforce system is kept up to date.

What You´ll Bring:

 

  • A natural ability to inspire and support a team, leading their way to reach their best and challenging themselves individually.
  • Experience in consultative sales or working with enterprise clients is a big plus!
  • A track record of leading teams to success (10+ years of leadership experience preferred).
  • A love for connecting with people and building trusted relationships—especially in the HR or talent management world.
  • Confidence to handle challenges with strong resilience and a can-do attitude.


Fluency in Swedish and English is a must with other Nordic languages as a bonus!
