The Role

As CFO, you will be part of a team of key leaders contributing to this journey – bringing financial leadership and strategic insight to support sustainable growth and long-term success.
You will take overall responsibility for the finance function and be a vital member of the executive team. The role is both strategic and hands-on – moving fluidly between long-term initiatives and critical day-to-day decisions. You will work closely with our co-CEOs and board of directors shaping the financial foundation for our continued growth based on collaborative and co-creative ways of working.
What We Expect from You as CFO
As CFO, you will be a strategic partner in shaping Netlight´s financial direction. You are expected to:
• Establish a reliable, single source of financial truth
• Taking the Finance function to the next level by emphasizing a culture of agility, anticipation and empowerment.
• Lead the implementation of modern systems, BI and AI tools
• Lead long-term financial planning and scenario analysis to proactively guide strategic decisions and enable sustainable growth
• Communicate financial performance and insights with clarity and impact to all stakeholders
• Collaborate across HR, IT, Legal, and business leaders to ensure scalable, efficient operations
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and ensure financial excellence amongst teams located internationally
• Monitor and improve key business metrics such as occupancy, billing rates, and project margins
• Deliver accurate and transparent reporting, analysis and insights
• Serve as primary contact for auditors, banks and investors
• Develop and improve processes, systems, and internal controls with a focus on automation and digitalization
Your Profile
We are looking for a strategic, humble, and experienced financial leader with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complexity in a partner-owned organization.
You bring:
• Several years as CFO of an international growth company
• Strong strategic focus with a clear understanding of how the finance function drives business value
• A proven track record of strong leadership – including building and evolving high-performing finance teams
• Experience from successfully driving finance transformation and scaling finance functions through high-growth phases
• Experience from professional services industry
• A master´s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
