The role is both strategic and hands-on – moving fluidly between long-term initiatives and critical day-to-day decisions. You will work closely with our co-CEOs and board of directors shaping the financial foundation for our continued growth based on collaborative and co-creative ways of working.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We Expect from You as CFO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As CFO, you will be a strategic partner in shaping Netlight´s financial direction. You are expected to:&lt;br /&gt;• Establish a reliable, single source of financial truth&lt;br /&gt;• Taking the Finance function to the next level by emphasizing a culture of agility, anticipation and empowerment.&lt;br /&gt;• Lead the implementation of modern systems, BI and AI tools&lt;br /&gt;• Lead long-term financial planning and scenario analysis to proactively guide strategic decisions and enable sustainable growth&lt;br /&gt;• Communicate financial performance and insights with clarity and impact to all stakeholders&lt;br /&gt;• Collaborate across HR, IT, Legal, and business leaders to ensure scalable, efficient operations&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Lead and ensure financial excellence amongst teams located internationally&lt;br /&gt;• Monitor and improve key business metrics such as occupancy, billing rates, and project margins&lt;br /&gt;• Deliver accurate and transparent reporting, analysis and insights&lt;br /&gt;• Serve as primary contact for auditors, banks and investors&lt;br /&gt;• Develop and improve processes, systems, and internal controls with a focus on automation and digitalization&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Your Profile&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a strategic, humble, and experienced financial leader with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complexity in a partner-owned organization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You bring:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Several years as CFO of an international growth company&lt;br /&gt;• Strong strategic focus with a clear understanding of how the finance function drives business value&lt;br /&gt;• A proven track record of strong leadership – including building and evolving high-performing finance teams&lt;br /&gt;• Experience from successfully driving finance transformation and scaling finance functions through high-growth phases&lt;br /&gt;• Experience from professional services industry&lt;br /&gt;• A master´s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent&lt;/p&gt;
