Our client is now searching for a qualified individual with a Danish law degree to join our Legal & Compliance team. This role involves supporting the company in shaping the future of mobility in the Danish and Swedish markets. The company´s Scandinavian HQ is located in Malmö with an additional office in Copenhagen. While the preferred location for this position is Malmö, the company is open to applications for Copenhagen.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide proactive legal advice and support on matters related to financing and leasing of the product, corporate governance, marketing, privacy, digitalization, collection and procurement.
- Structure business models with legal considerations; draft, coordinate and negotiate legally binding documents with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in applicable legal frameworks and ensure necessary adaptations to company policies, processes and documents; providing training for staff.
- Implement central legal programs and standards locally as provided by our global HQ in Northern Europe.
- Support compliance areas, particularly antitrust bribery, CAS, and Anti Money Laundering.
- Actively participate in internal and external project, maintaining regular communication with global HQs and external legal counsel.
The position resports directly to the CEO and involves responsibility for all legal matters within our Danish entity. The Senior Legal Specialist will collaborate closely with all departments, providing legal advice and reviewing business processes and contracts. Regular interactions with global HQ´s Integrity & Legal departments are expected.
The ideal candidate possess a Danish law degree and have 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, either from a law firm or an in-house legal counsel position, preferably within a financial organization. A strong understanding of financing, leasing, and complex commercial agreement is essential. Experience with antitrust topic is advantageous.
You should be comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment, with the ability to create structure and deliver results independently under tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical abilities and communication skills are crucial. We value integrity and good judgement and expect you to embody these qualities.
