Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage the procurement inbox
- Support prototype deliveries in collaboration with R&D teams
- Prepare sourcing packages, collect and evaluate RFQs, and assist in negotiations
- Handle operational tasks such as placing orders, managing invoices, and updating data in SAP and Matris
- Collaborate cross-functionally in meetings and contribute to contract management, capacity planning, and supplier introductions
- Drive improvements in tools, processes, and routines
Who are you?
You are a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships. With an eye for detail and a natural ability to keep processes running smoothly, you are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and take initiative to solve problems efficiently. Your background includes an academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with strong administrative and organizational skills. You communicate fluently in English and have experience working with procurement or supply chain processes. Familiarity with systems such as SAP or similar tools is considered an advantage.

This is a consultant assignment starting immediately and running until the end of February 2026, with placement in Södertälje.
