Your responsibilities will include ensuring that Mölnlycke operates in compliance with applicable laws while also securing the company´s position in its many external partnerships. This involves developing business strategies that minimize complex and unacceptable legal risks while enabling collaboration and innovative solutions.

You will draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements. Additionally, you will provide operational support to Mölnlycke´s business areas and offer legal advice to corporate functions. This includes conducting risk assessments and proposing cost-effective risk mitigation measures.

You will also contribute legal expertise within M&A and corporate governance, including due diligence processes, contract reviews and negotiation.

You will have the opportunity to work both independently and in close collaboration with Mölnlycke´s global organization and your colleagues in Legal Affairs. The role reports to the General Counsel, Legal Affairs, Wound Care and Corporate Functions.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate with a Swedish law degree and 2–5 years of experience in qualified legal work, preferably from a reputable law firm or as inhouse lawyer at a company. You should have experience in commercial contract law, and experience in M&A is considered an asset. International experience and experience from the life sciences/MedTech or pharmaceutical sectors is highly regarded.

Additional qualifications that are considered specifically meritorious include a U.S. Bar license or experience working with the U.S. market, particularly within MedTech or related industries such as the food sector. Experience in IP, product liability, labor law, dispute resolution, or competition law is also advantageous.

You are a positive, driven, and curious person who enjoys taking on new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform professionally and independently, with strong ability to prioritize. Your legal advice is both business- and solution-oriented. Moreover, you are a team player with a strong capacity to collaborate.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Additional language skills, especially in French, are considered a plus.

What We Offer

At Mölnlycke, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop in an international and stimulating environment.
