&lt;p&gt;Our team consists of eight experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering value and achieving exceptional results. We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who wants to be a part of our journey forward. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment and work diligently to ensure smooth business operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As F&amp;amp;E´s Executive Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting our partners by managing complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will act as a team coordinator, providing support to the entire team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Calendar and Schedule Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Coordinate and manage schedules, including internal and external meetings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Travel&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;management:&lt;/strong&gt; Arrange complex international and domestic travel for the team, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas, and logistics for business trips.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication and Correspondence&lt;/strong&gt;: Act as a key point of contact for selected workstreams (managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team coordination&lt;/strong&gt;: Actively participate in team discussions to efficiently plan and coordinate the team´s needs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Meeting and Presentation Preparation&lt;/strong&gt;: Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and reports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Document and Data Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Handle confidential documents, manage filing systems, and ensure that all documents are up-to-date and organized.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Project Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Oversee ad hoc projects, including research assignments, event planning, and operational tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Relationship Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, board members, and other executives. Assist with investor relations activities and communications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Your qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant or equivalent, in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment within professional services (e.g. law firm, management consulting firms, private equity firms etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to work with new digital tools&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience as a DealCloud user is an advantage&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities and demands&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong work ethic and committed to maintaining high standards&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
