&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As Senior Legal Counsel, you will assist and advice Perstorp Group Companies (both Swedish and foreign subsidiaries), units and functions in various legal matters but focus on supporting the procurement department within one of our business units. You will draft, review, and negotiate procurement agreements. When needed, you will also support the sales side and provide advice on other internal matters, such as investment projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The legal function is led by VP Head of Legal Department and consists of seven legal counsels and one executive assistant. The function is divided into three different sub-functions, and you will be part of the one supporting the Business Unit Intermediates and report to Head of Legal Intermediates. The Legal Department is responsible for the group´s overall needs of legal services. Hence you will work close to the business and have daily contact with colleagues both in Sweden and cross-border.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will work from our head office, which is located in the city center of Malmö, next to the train station.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we are looking for&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws (LL.M) and at least 8 years of experience from an in-house legal counsel role or reputable law firm. You have a broad foundation in business law and solid experience of working with commercial agreements, including procurement agreements. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator with the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and achieve optimal outcomes for the business. You have excellent language skills in both Swedish and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To succeed in this role, you are independent, solution-oriented, and business-minded, with a caring and collaborative approach. You possess a high level of integrity and are confident in your expertise and decision-making. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment.&lt;/p&gt;
