&lt;p&gt;For our client which is an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are now looking for an experienced professional to step in as an interim Finance Senior Manager Operations. This is a temporary assignment with a minimum duration of 4 months and the possibility of extension. If interested, and for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment with the client company.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Description&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking an interim Finane Senior Manager Operations who will provide finance and business partnering leadership. In this role you will ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting, consistent with USGAAP and local reporting requirements. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities and support and develop a strong finance team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive AOP / QBR / Strategic Plan (STRAP), and ensure financial decisions support for&lt;br /&gt;Operations STRAP / AOP&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate results to the broader organization and ensure alignment on key financial&lt;br /&gt;goals&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and lead analytical methods for exploratory and explanatory business insights&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases for key Operations investment and&lt;br /&gt;STRAP objectives. Provide financial support in the execution phase of the projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Successfully support PPI programs to improve productivity and efficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Streamline financial and operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop operational metrics / contingencies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and supervise the standard price setting annual process.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory&lt;br /&gt;requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and develop a successful team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About you&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field required; Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, CMA) and/or MBA strongly desired&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent academic credentials and strong finance skillset&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situation and people&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 years+ experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong internal controls and technical accounting experience. Must have an outstanding attention to detail and strong process rigor&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills – and ability to use those skills to influence and drive change&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operations/Manufacturing Finance experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various partners.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent English required and Swedish and/or German desirable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to deliverhigh quality effective presentation and understands and deploys best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex topics&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
