Researcher till H&M
We are looking for a Researcher/IT Recruiter to our team that work with recruitment, employer branding, introduction & onboarding and exit.
Description of the project/team
You will be a part of a team with other specialists within recruitment and employer branding. The team consist of 8 people including the new researcher/IT recruiter. You will have a close collaboration with team and staff responsibles within the IT organization and will also work closely to our hiriring managers and support them in the recruitment process.
- Work close to our hiring managers and support them in the recruitment process
- Search on IT profiles on LinkedIn and in Taleo
- Support managers in other parts of the recruitment process, e.g; Write and publish ads, Screening, Coordinate applications, Telephone interviews and maybe interviews, Reference check, Administration regarding candidates.
- Experience from research of IT profiles using LinkedIn
- Experience from screening, telephone interviews and reference check
- An understanding and interest of IT
- Experience of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience from interviews
- Personal Competences
- Self-driven and confident.
- Service minded, good at communicating and a can-do approach.
- Structured and great coordinating skills.
- Language skills: Swedish and English.
