Administrator/Consultant Responsible to Fashion Company

We are looking for a Consultant Responsible to one of our development divisions; Sales Online & Marketing division. That´s the part of our Client who develops and runs our online solutions and marketing systems. In example, we work with digital marketing, systems for our product information and of course with our solutions and systems that enables online shopping for both our Client and our other brands. We are constantly working with several exciting projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance our solutions and to create superior customer experiences for our customers.

You will work closely together with our Staff Responsibles and your focus will be on supporting our service areas with all administrative handling when it comes to our consultants.


The assignment is full time and based at our activity based workplace and IT-department in Stockholm.

Work Tasks


• Administrate the whole consultant procurement process from start to finish, e g register job ads, book interviews, create accounts and order equipment for new and in-place consultants
• Secure that our Clients consultant procurement process is followed and spread information to relevant stakeholders
• First line support for all questions regarding consultants from both stakeholders and consultants
• Participate in resource meetings
• Give input to prognosis and reporting when needed
• Onboard new consultants
• Communicate and collaborate with central IT procurement

Specific Competence


• Great interest in meeting new people and giving good service
• Administration comes natural for you
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Skilled communicator both verbal and written in Swedish and English
• Strong ability to work independently and taking own initiatives as well as collaborating
