For us, our customers are our club partners all over the globe – gyms and fitness clubs with Les Mills programming as part of their member offering. Our club partners are a huge part of our global family – our Tribe – so we take nurturing and growing these relationships very seriously. Our Customer Experience teams work closely with clubs to successfully build new partnerships, and support and strengthen new ones. Whether it´s on site in a club or over the phone – our CX team are committed to helping clubs get the most people through the doors and get the absolute most they can from their facilities.
Our Customer Experience Managers are on the front lines of our mission to create a fitter planet. They work as part of a team to grow our partnerships within their territory. The most important part of their role is to be a valued partner to new and existing club customers; educating and supporting them in achieving their business goals and helping members fall in love with fitness.
Our CXMs are driven to succeed and are motivated by helping their partners at the same time as smashing targets - because they know these targets mean we´re getting more and more people healthier and in the habit of regular exercise. As a leader within the fitness industry you will be able to quickly build credibility with our customers, and you´ll be able to translate that into beneficial partnerships.
Who are we looking for?
We´re looking for people who have experience within a B2B sales environment and have proven success in building long term partnerships. You´ll be able to balance new business development with existing account growth and retention and you´ll be a natural at influencing others to help you deliver our value proposition to our partners.
We´re on a mission and we´re moving fast so you´ll need to be organized and demonstrate loads of urgency. There will be set backs on the road to creating a fitter planet so you´ll need to be tenacious and resilient and laser focused on delivering results. You´ll need to be a credible and engaging presenter; both in live and digital environments - we´re all about passion and energy so you´ll need to be able to deliver this to our partners through your presentations. Hopefully you also love to use CRM (ours is Salesforce) and understand the important data integrity has on delivering results.
