We are looking for a JUnior Patent Administrator to join the Intellectual Property Support team at DeLaval International AB. You will be part of a collaborative and motivated team of people within Legal Affairs, supporting the DeLaval Group in intellectual property matters worldwide.
The work is mainly administrating a global portfolio of patents, patent applications and design registrations, against authorities and external counsel. You will be using a case management system and official databases to monitor time limits and to keep the portfolio in order. Also other administrative duties are included in the work.
As a person you are efficient and meticulous and take your own initiatives to drive work forward while being able to keep strict time limits. We would like you to have about 1 year of work experience of similar service. You are preferably already used to handling patent applications and design registrations, possibly from a position in the Patent Office, in private practice or from a patent department in industry.
You are service minded and have a solid sense of responsibility. Naturally you are used to work in a computer environment and experience with IP case management systems is meritorious (we use Ipendo). You speak Swedish and English fluently and have excellent English writing skills.
