Staff Responsible, Stockholm

Your main goal as a Staff Responsible is to enable employees with the right skills and commitment to grow with the company and achieve business goals.
In the role of Staff Responsible, you perform appraisals, salary reviews, recruitments and handle all types of questions around your staff. You work closely with managers with delivery responsibility and you coordinate goals and activities. Your employees may have different roles within e.g. requirement, testing, architecture and project management. This will give you many dependencies with high demands on you as a leader in terms of building trust on several levels and to communicate in a clear and inspiring way.
As a Staff Responsible, you have full staffing responsibility (employees as well as local- and offshore consultants) within your Service Area and you are a member of the management team. In your role, you are often involved in issues related to organization, way and working, and people change. You also work with staffing and sourcing strategies and you are responsible for ensuring resource and competence requirements in the short and long term.
Outside of your staff responsibility and when time allows, you will have the opportunity to be involved in other types of projects, investigations or initiatives within the Service Area and/or division. The nature of tasks will depend on your background, experience and interests.
You will have work environment responsibility and will work together with colleagues to pursue issues related to stress, employee surveys and satisfaction in the workplace. You are also involved in activities around leadership development, talent management, change management and employee introduction.

- Staff Responsibility - coach and develop employees
- Hiring employees and consultant handling
- Dialog and salary reviews
- Manage competence needs, both long term and on an individual level
- Staffing of projects and maintenance groups in line with our sourcing strategy
- Be a member of the area´s management team and contribute to the deliveries and development
- Being a member of the division´s Group Manager team and contribute in various activities across the division
We believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You currently work as a leader and have a great interest to coach people in their development. You like to work with constant improvements and have the ability to work proactively.
And your skills include:
- Documented experience of at least 5 years as a leader within IT organizations
- At least 2 years´ experience of staff responsibility
- Knowledge in and experience of IT
- Genuine interest and curiosity for managing and developing staff
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
The assignment is full time and based in Liljeholmen. You will work in an activity-based work environment.
